Abstract
WITH reference to the letter by Dr. J. C. Jaeobsen in NATURE of October 15, I am glad to note that the experiments referred to confirm results obtained by me two and a half years ago by the same method1, namely, that the efficiency of the Geiger-Müller counter increases at first as the voltage is increased and finally approaches unity.
