Abstract
As part of a study of bone-formation under various pathological conditions, I have used a method of fine-detail tissue radiography similar to that developed by Barclay1 for the study of renal vascular architecture. In conjunction with the ordinary methods of histological study, the demonstration of the distribution of bone salt by this method has been of great service in obtaining a comprehensive picture of the processes involved in structural changes in bone.
