Abstract
Bishop and Liebmann1 have described the quantitative separation of zinc from soldering alloys by chromatography on cellulose columns followed by polarographic estimation. We employ a similar method for the determination of small amounts of cadmium in copper–cadmium alloys, except that we use paper strips of normal thickness.
