Abstract
SHOWER curves have been investigated by a number of workers. The first maximum at a thickness of 1–2 cm. of lead is well established and has been satisfactorily explained. The existence of second and third maxima in the shower curve at greater thickness of lead has, however, been a matter of controversy.
