Metabolism of Isolated Liver Cells

Abstract

Longmuir and ap Rees1 have recently described a new method for preparing suspensions of isolated rat liver cells. We have been interested for some time in the metabolic properties of such isolated cells, and wish to direct attention to some of their peculiarities not mentioned by these authors.
