Abstract
THE agar diffusion technique is very useful and has made a significant contribution in the analysis of antigenic materials. However, the difficulty encountered when trying to observe some of the precipitation zones is known to anyone who has used this method. Successful photography of the zones can be especially difficult to achieve.
