Adrenergic Neurone Blocking Tropine Derivatives with Long-lasting Hypotensive Action

Abstract

RECENTLY, long-lasting hypotensive agents have been described which act by blocking adrenergic neurones: of these, guanethidine1 and bretylium2 have been widely used clinically.
