New Complex Negative Ions of Rhenium

Abstract

WHILE investigating the emission of negative ions from hot rhenium surfaces that had been loaded with an alkali halide, it was noticed that four sets of peaks were present at high mass number. Each set was made up of 5 peaks and sets began at mass numbers 201, 217, 233 and 249. The intensities of the sets were in the proportions 1 : 1 : 104 : 5 104.
