Abstract
REACTIVE hot pressing is a new process by which powdered materials can be densified and materials of considerable strength can be produced. The term ‘reactive hot pressing’ is new and has been coined to distinguish this process from other known ceramic processes, such as sintering, hot pressing or pressure fabrication.
