Abstract
AMINONUCLEOSIDE (AMN) has proved to be an effective and reliable tool in producing a nephrotic syndrome in the rat. Investigations of the pathogenesis of this syndrome have achieved special importance since it has been shown recently that a reversible nephrotic syndrome also can be produced in man with AMN1.
