Isolation of a Tumour Virus from a Chicken submitted to a Poultry Diagnostic Laboratory–Esh Sarcoma Virus

Abstract

CONCURRENT with sarcoma 13 virus investigations many other varieties of avian tumours are collected from the Poultry Diagnostic Laboratory at New Bolton Center. A portion of each tumour is preserved for histopathological examination and the remainder is stored at −65° C for future virus extraction.
