Selective Synthesis of a Nuclear Acidic Protein in Liver Cells stimulated by Cortisol

Abstract

Differential labelling experiments establish that synthesis of a non-histone protein of molecular weight 41,000 is specifically enhanced in response to the injection of cortisol into rats.
