Abstract
SEVERAL techniques have been used to determine the three-dimensional conformation of transfer ribonucleic acid (tRNA), including small angle X-ray scattering1, electron microscopy2–5, among other physical6, chemical and biological methods7. Here we report some observations of certain “superstructures” of negatively stained tRNA using electron microscopy.
