On page 6, column 2 of the Materials and methods section, the text under the subheading Vectors should read: ‘Vector production, PO2 serotypes used in this study containing each AAV serotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 viral capsid and a single-stranded DNA containing the LacZ gene cDNA driven by a CMV promoter were as described earlier.49’
On page 7, column 2, the section entitled ‘Neutralizing antibodies’ was included by mistake and should therefore be disregarded.
