Morphologic appearance of canine HSA cell lines. Cell lines were maintained in culture for at least five passages and photographed under phase contrast (× 320 magnification) under conditions of logarithmic growth (day 2 after passage). Images were acquired using an Olympus Microfire digital camera and assembled using Photoshop 7.0.
