Suppression of Flk-1 expression in renal cortical tissues by VEGF/VPF165 (a) or VEGF/VPF121 (b) treatment. Densities of the Flk-1 bands decrease in the order of normal>control>VEGF/VPF. Normal, control and VEGF/VPF represent the supernatants of homogenates from the animal before the antibody injection, from the control animal on day 1, and from the VEGF/VPF-treated animal on day 1, respectively.
