RT-PCR and Western blot analyses of mdm2 gene and MDM2 protein expressions in NPC cell lines. (a) mdm2 expression in EBV⁻ and EBV⁺ NPC-TW01 cell line. Lane 1: EBV⁻ NPC cell line; lane 2: EBV⁺ cell line. A weaker intensity of 348 bp mdm2 band is seen in lane 1, while a stronger mdm2 band is shown in lane 2.
