Immunostaining of MTAP in normal colon epithelium and colon carcinoma. (a) Negative or weak staining pattern was found in colon epithelium (arrows, × 100). (b) Strong cytoplasmatic staining was seen in colon carcinoma (arrows, × 200). (c) Strong cytoplasmatic staining was detected in all cell types in normal skin (keratinocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells (arrows), × 100). Immunosignals were developed in red (AEC). Slides were counterstained with hemalaun.
