From left to right, the four vertical columns show β2M (as internal positive control), TLR1, TLR7, and TLR9. All three cases were TLR1+ and TLR7+, but TLR9 varied from being weakly positive (upper panel) to negative (middle panel) to strongly positive (lower panel).
