Tcf reporter activation in wound healing. pTOPFLASH/pFOPFLASH ratios for primary cell cultures derived from normal tissues and from the wounds. A significant increase in this ratio is noted for primary cell cultures obtained from wounds 4 weeks following the initial insult, as well as in the hyperplastic wounds compared to normal tissues. Error bars are 95% confidence intervals.
