A-10 showed the expression of the A antigen in tumor tissue, no allelic loss and unmethylated CpG sites. AB-3 showed heterogenous expression of the A antigen and methylation of the ABO gene, while the A allele was retained. A-15 showed negative expression of the A antigen, loss of A alleles and methylation of the ABO gene.
