Results of MLPA analysis and LOH analysis on 20 dysplastic surgical margins. On the x-axis, the % MLPA alterations (gains and losses) are shown, and on the y-axis, the % LOH alterations for each sample. In all, 14 MLPA markers were used: 03p21.3 (2x), 03p22, 08p23.1, 08p22 (2x), 09p21 (2x), 13q14.3, 17p13.1 (4x) and 18q11.2. A total of 13 LOH markers were used: D3S1029, D3S1293, D9S171, D9S1748, D9S1751, D9S162, TP53, D13S294, D13S168, D18S34, D18S57, LPL-GZ and D8S1130. Pearson correlation coefficient=0.474, with a two-tailed P-value of 0.035.
