Functional analysis of CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells derived from cultured PBMCs with Huh7 cells. CD4⁺CD25⁺ cells from PBMCs before and after co-culture with Huh7 cells were evaluated for their ability to suppress CD4⁺CD25⁻ target cell proliferation by [³H]thymidine incorporation when stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 at various ratios. Co-culture of PBMCs with Huh7 by transwell enhanced the suppressor ability of CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells when compared to the suppressor ability of CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells derived from PBMCs before culture with Huh7.
