From: IL-33 can promote survival, adhesion and cytokine production in human mast cells
Expression of members of the IL-1R family of cytokines in HUCBMCs. Cell surface and intracellular expression of IL-1R1 (CD121a), IL-1R4 (T1/ST2) and IL-1R5 (IL-18Rα) in naïve HUCBMCs. The data are representative of similar results that were obtained in each of the independent experiments we conducted using at least three different batches of HUCBMCs.
