Immunohistochemical analysis of one example of a recurrent tumor from doxycycline-induced-Tg(TV-rtTA) × Tg(TetO-Wnt-l × p53+/−) cohort. This tumor presents as well differentiated glandular clusters which are positive for epithelial and myoepithelial markers such as CK8/18 (a), CK14 (b), E-cadherin (c), and negative for the mesenchymal marker vimentin (e arrow). The glandular clusters transition into a spindle-cell population, which is positive for vimentin (e) but negative for epithelial markers, CK8/18 (a), CK14 (b) and E-cadherin (f).
