  1. Thyrocytes were incubated with or without rIFN-γ (500 IU/ml) for 72 hours. After incubation, the cells were incubated with purified CD4+ T cells at the E/T ratio of 10 for 18 hours in the presence or absence of 1 μg/ml of SEB with or without various mAb (10 μg/ml) or TSH (10 mIU/ml). FasL expression of CD4+ T cells was examined as described in the text.
