MIG1 inhibits HCC cell migration on Ln-5. Chang, HLE, HLF, and SK-Hep1 migration was examined in the presence of MIG1, TR1, and CM6 (30 μg/ml) monoclonal antibodies against Ln-5, under the same conditions as those described in “Materials and Methods”. Cell migration is blocked by MIG1. TR1 and CM6 monoclonal antibodies were used as a control.
