BB-94 inhibits HCC cell migration on Ln-5. Chang, HLE, HLF, and SK-Hep1 migration was examined in the presence of BB-94 (from 3 to 9 μg/ml), or at the highest concentration of DMSO used to dilute the MMP inhibitor. BB-94 inhibits HCC migration on Ln-5 in a dose-dependent manner, whereas cells migrate efficiently in the presence of DMSO, similar to the nontreated wells used as a control.
