Astrocytes (A) and neurons (B) were treated with medium alone (Co), dsRNA (pIpC), LPS, interleukin-1β (IL-1β), TNF-α, and cycloheximide (CHX) for 0.5 and 4 hours, and also for 6 hours with CHX.
