From: Podocyte Injury Promotes Progressive Nephropathy in Zucker Diabetic Fatty Rats
Expression of p21, p27, and p57 at 5 months in glomeruli from ZDF-fa/fa (fa/fa) and lean rats. Equivalent amounts (40 μg/lane) of each sample were analyzed by Western blotting analysis. The results were derived from three rats from each group. Western blotting was independently performed five times. Representative data of one experiment are shown.
