Effect of TRAIL stimulation in human colonic adenocarcinoma cell lines (a) HT-29, (b) LS180, (c) SK-CO-1, and (d) Jurkat cells. Cells were incubated with various concentrations of TRAIL for 24 hours. Cell viability was assessed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The data shown are the mean ± sd of eight independent experiments.
