Open histogram indicates cells stained with FITC-conjugated mouse-IgG (as control); filled histogram indicates cells stained with FITC-conjugated TRAIL-R2Fc after incubation with (a) 400 U/ml IFN-γ, (b) 100 ng/ml TNF-α, (c) 10 μg/ml camptothecin, or (d) 1 μg/ml doxolubicin hydrochloride for 24 hours.
