Involvement of GROα and IL-8 in neutrophil influx. Anti-GROα mAb, anti–IL-8 IgG (10 μg each), or their combination was injected simultaneously with 10 mg of MSU crystals into rabbit knee joints. At indicated time intervals, the infiltrating leukocytes in the joints were counted.
