From: Stem Cell Factor Attenuates Liver Damage in a Murine Model of Acetaminophen-Induced Hepatic Injury

Serum SCF levels after acetaminophen administration. Whole blood was collected from acetaminophen-treated mice at various time points postchallenge. Serum was collected, and SCF levels were assessed using our specific ELISA. The data represent the mean ± se from four to five mice per time point. Normal serum SCF levels in human and mouse samples range from 3 to 5 ng/ml.
