Western blot analyses of TSLC1 in mouse lung tissues at various ages. In the left panel, protein samples were prepared from the lung tissues of mice of the indicated ages, subjected to electrophoresis on a 10% SDS-polyacrylamide gel, and blotted with the anti-TSLC1 antibody. After stripping, the blot was probed again with the anti–α-tubulin antibody to indicate the total amount of proteins loaded per lane. In the right panel, the protein samples were treated with peptide N-glycocidase F (PNGase F) before they were blotted with the anti-TSLC1 antibody.
