The slide number of the individual breast cancer is provided above each boxed entry. Grids at top and bottom represent individual pathologists, with the reference standard at 1. If a specific histologic pattern is not identified by an individual pathologist as the primary pattern (eg lobular, pathologist 7 case 33), it is often identified as the secondary pattern (see Figure 3).
