Mucinous eccrine carcinoma. Floating free in pools of mucin (a) are neoplastic columnar epithelia showing often low-grade cytologic epithelia (b). The tumor thus has a morphology cognate to mucinous carcinomas of the gastrointestinal tract and breast.
