Microcystic adnexal carcinoma. In the superficial dermis are microcysts of keratinous debris surrounded by squamous epithelia (straight arrow) showing keratohyalin granules in some foci. These keratinous microcysts surmount neoplastic tubules (curved arrow), which grow in a haphazard fashion through a desmoplastic stroma.
