Case 1. FISH analyses with centromeric probes showing nuclei with three hybridization signals for chromosome 1 (g), chromosome 2 (h), and chromosome 6 (i), consistent with chromosomal gains; nuclei with two hybridization signals were observed for chromosome 10 (j) and chromosome 17 (k).
