(a) Normal BM biopsy specimen negative for BCL-10 in the hematopoietic elements; a few small mature lymphocytes show weak cytoplasmic staining. (b) In contrast, LPL/WM involving the BM shows extensive nuclear and cytoplasmic BCL-10 expression. (c) Mantle cell lymphoma involving BM with uniform cytoplasmic staining for BCL-10. (d) MALT lymphoma with t(11;18) involving lung shows moderate to strong nuclear staining for BCL-10 (original magnification for all images × 200, except the insets × 400).
