Heatmap comparing the infected H. pylori group (comprising the subgroups s2/m2, s1/m2+c+b, s1/m1+c+b, s2m1+c+b, s1/m2, s1/m1+c+b, etc…) and the noninfected H. pylori group in antral biopsies. The distance corresponds to a Manhattan distance. Clustering was performed using a Ward method of agglomeration. Color varies from white, for the lowest levels of expression, to black for the highest levels of expression.
