Samples are partitioned by their true class and the predicted class corresponds to the points (• for s1/m1, cag+, or babA+; for s2/m2, cag−, or babA−; not infected). Samples were classified in different categories according their maximal score. A correct prediction was obtained in the case of s1/m1, cag+, babA+, and not infected. The prediction was less efficient in the case of the other genotypes.
