From: Rhabdoid Features in Leiomyosarcoma of Soft Tissue: With Special Reference to Aggressive Behavior
Immunohistochemical findings of leiomyosarcoma arising in muscle of the thigh (patient 5). Vimentin (A) and desmin (B) are stained at the cytoplasmic inclusion in the rhabdoid cells, whereas HHF35 (C) and α-SMA (D) are diffusely positive in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells. All the antibodies are also strongly positive in the small-sized tumor cells, corroborating leiomyosarcoma, though poorly differentiated.
