The effect of various caspase inhibitors (100 μM) on CD95-induced apoptosis in sensitive classical Hodgkin’s disease cell lines. For both HS445 and L428, each caspase inhibitor produced a significant, and often marked, decrease in CD95-induced apoptosis, demonstrating the importance of caspase proteases in mediating CD95-induced apoptosis. These data show the mean increase in apoptosis ± SE from three separate experiments.
