A, Follicular lymphoma. A slightly dispersed follicle demonstrates a polymorphous appearing population of slightly atypical lymphoid cells (Papanicolaou stain; 560×). B–D, Flow cytometry shows that the tumor cells (blue), although present in a reactive lymphoid background (red), are B cells (CD20) that coexpress CD10 (B) and are light-chain restricted: kappa positive (C) and lambda negative (D).
