We performed hierarchical clustering for individual antibodies to select the optimal antibodies that divided GI organs distinctly into two or three groups. For the divided organs, the positivity of the optimal antibody in each organ was compared with the median value for that antibody. Then the significance of difference between two organs, randomly selected in each group, was calculated. We selected the significant pairs (P < .05), and excluded the rest of the data. aThe positive rate expressed as a percentage.
