From: Cell cycle phase perturbations and apoptosis in tumour cells induced by aplidine
Detection of apoptosis. Cells were treated with different concentrations of Aplidine and the biparametric FSC/TdT-dUTP flow cytometric analysis were performed after 6, 24, 48 and 72 h after drug-washout. The percentage of apoptotic cells obtained at different time intervals and the flow cytometric FSC/TdT-dUTP analysis performed at 72 h after drug-washout are reported.
