Frequency distributions of BrdU immunofluorescence vs DNA content in untreated and treated cells. Cells were incubated without and with 100 μM of EGCG, EC, GA and 70 μM of IQ for 24 h, and the percentage of cells in each phase was measured by flow cytometry. Three independent experiments were made.
