From: Reduced blood flow and oxygenation in SA-1 tumours after electrochemotherapy with cisplatin
Time course of gadomer-17 accumulation in untreated control tumours and tumours 24 h after treatment with cisplatin, application of electric pulses, and electrochemotherapy. Two tumours were implanted ventrally in mice. In one set of experiments one tumour served as control, to the other electric pulses were applied. In the other set of experiments mice were injected with cisplatin and one tumour also received electric pulses (electrochemotherapy). Contrast agent was injected at time zero, each group consisted of three mice; for simplicity error bars were omitted.
