(A) The ML/Cho ratio (here shown as log value) correlated significantly to tumour volume for treated (open circles, P<0.05) and untreated (solid circles, P<0.05) tumours. The regressions of control and treatment groups were significantly different (P<0.05). (B) In untreated tumours, viable fraction correlated inversely with tumour volume (r=−0.88, P<0.05). A comparable trend was also seen for treated tumours, though with steeper slope (r=−0.68, P=0.058).
